Arrhythmia Nurse Specialist

To participate in research and audit related to care of the arrhythmia patient and care To develop skills in research including project management, writing and submission of work for nursing publication and conference dissemination To take responsibility for adjusting ones own SCOPE of professional practice in order to demonstrate competence and continuous development in line with patient and service needs Undertake teaching and act as an educational resource for health care professionals throughout the Regional Network. Establish links and networks with other healthcare professionals, responsible for care of this patient group at a local, regional and national level. Use every opportunity, both formal and informal, to increase understanding of all staff groups regarding recognition and care of patients with arrhythmias.
