Full Job Description

Predominantly you'll be building artwork for print, but there will be some digital projects thrown in for good measure. We operate similarly to how you'd expect an agency to, just our clients are the internal branding teams. You'll have briefs through to build artwork across POS and commercial print, and potentially to move into the packaging arena.

You'll offer technical guidance and advice to all Graphics Studio clients on the most effective and appropriate methods for implementation of internal or externally produced design. This may consist of liaising with agency partners on file formats, specifications, and brand guidelines.

Responsible for efficiently producing artworks to the highest standards. An experienced technical specialist who is totally Apple Mac fluent and is capable of building accurate artworks to the highest standards - within brand and technical guidelines for print and online.,

  • Highly accurate and timely execution of artwork for POS, packaging, commercial print, advertising and digital (where applicable) that meets the brief and is technically correct and suitable for print and/or online publication

  • Delivering technical guidance and advice to all Studio clients on the most effective and appropriate methods for implementation of internal or externally produced design. Further responsibility for managing the brand through highly accurate artwork build, maintaining delivery of totally consistent graphics and message

  • Continually improving artwork build efficiencies, using agreed procedures and within brand guidelines to achieve the exceptional quality and accuracy of work required by the Lead Artworker and Artwork Manager.

  • Owning and effectively communicating any issues related to the satisfaction of the project brief to all process stakeholders, that may have an effect on our ability to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets, whilst managing and mitigating potential risks to projects.

  • Adhering to the maintenance of the Studio file management system to allow effective work transfer, project location, back-up and archive of work

  • 3 years + top end agency / studio experience working within a deadline driven production environment on big brands, where quality, speed and technical accuracy of outputs are paramount.


  • Exceptional Apple Mac operator skills and a thorough working knowledge of all software and hardware

  • Fully trained in all Creative Cloud software packages required to perform specialist artwork role to the highest standards
