Full Job Description
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the BSc (Hons) Game Design undergraduate portfolio by making a direct contribution to teaching. The role will encompass skills and knowledge in the planning, scheduling, and facilitating of live game jam events involving student group participation. The balance of duties and responsibilities will be determined in discussion with the post holder's line manager. You should possess a knowledge and experience of fundamental game design principles and practice and broad knowledge of the historical and contemporary context of game development, current industry practice, and a developed understanding of game design is desired to enhance student learning.

Hourly Paid Lecturer - BSc (Hons) Games Design This includes 2 or more of the following elements: teaching, preparation and marking of the scheduled programme of work. A flat rate of £49.75 per direct teaching hour will be paid for completing one of the above elements of the schedule. The number of hours required, and the days of the week may vary.
