- Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, working together to deliver positive outcomes for communities.
- Utilise all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly and effectively.
- Prepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation, representing Paradigm in court where necessary.
- Work proactively to deliver a customer-focused ASB service in line with our policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Housing and Rent Recovery to ensure seamless case handling and resolution.
- Attend multi-agency meetings and represent Paradigm in discussions with local authorities, police, and other key partners.
Are you passionate about resolving anti-social behaviour (ASB) and improving communities? We are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager to join our dedicated ASB team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of ASB cases, including the most complex and serious incidents while providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Working within a hybrid model (two days in the office and three days remote), you will play a key role in delivering our ASB service, ensuring cases are handled promptly and effectively, and always prioritising customer satisfaction. Ideally, you will have previous experience in managing ASB cases in a housing environment, with knowledge of the legislation and tools available to resolve these issues., We're seeking an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a complex caseload of ASB cases. You will need to demonstrate confidence when working with challenging behaviour, and experience in preparing case reports and legal documentation is essential. Experience within the housing sector, particularly in ASB management, is preferred, as is the ability to work flexibly. In this role, your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and develop problem-solving responses to ASB issues will be key to your success. You should have a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law and its application to tenancy and ASB management.
