ASB Team Leader - 12 month Contract

As an ASB Team Leader at Hyde, you will be working within the Anti-Social Behaviour Team to manage, supervise, and support ASB Officers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, proactive, and customer-focused ASB service to our customers.,

• Manage the team to deliver an exceptional ASB Service in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Supervise and support ASB Officers in handling a full range of ASB cases, providing coaching and guidance on complex matters.
• Monitor and manage team performance to achieve KPIs and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including local authorities, police, and community organisations.
• Oversee the effective use of specialist equipment such as mobile CCTV and noise monitors.
• Represent the ASB service at court hearings and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
  
  Proven experience leading a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance monitoring systems.
• Track record of managing performance and delivering against KPIs.
• Experience in preparing legal documentation and attending court is desirable.
