Full Job Description

  • Management of asbestos removal site and office teams, making sure compliance with HSG 247/control of asbestos regulations 2012 are met as a minimum standard.
  • Preparation of notifications, method statements, risk assessments and company documentation
  • Easybop Remedial Administration Database
  • Building an excellent rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Presenting and providing quotations for commercial and domestic works.
  • Strengthening of client relations.
  • Carrying out site audits.
  • Working with the other Contracts Managers

    Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous experience in Asbestos removal.
  • Training and qualifications within this role and the asbestos industry is essential
  • Experience in Microsoft and other inhouse IT systems

    We are a multidisciplinary, HSE-licensed asbestos removal and UKAS-accredited asbestos inspection and testing contractor. Based in Dartford, UK, we have a 50-strong team that provides a flexible and comprehensive portfolio of asbestos services, including asbestos surveys, remediation, roofing and contract delivery, to property and construction clients in the public and private sectors.

In addition to being an HSE-licenced and having a UKAS-accredited testing laboratory, we are SafeContractor approved and a Constructionline Gold member. Major recent projects included asbestos removal at the historic Alexandra Palace, London, for Willmott Dixon; asbestos surveys for Ipswich Borough Council; and, since 2011, asbestos surveys, reinspections and management advice at sites throughout the UK for the Canal & River Trust.
