Asphalt Operative

We are currently seeking an Asphalt Plant Operative to join our team at Mansfield Asphalt Plant.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position offers a challenging opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic individual with a "go getting" mentality who wants to join a very personal and progressive company.

You need to be comfortable with a hands-on-role and have experience of driving a loading shovel., Your key responsibility will be to batch asphalt plus drive the loading shovel and support the plant supervisor with the running of the Asphalt plant. This will involve housekeeping on site ensuring this is done in accordance with our safety, environmental and quality procedures. You will be required to be flexible in duties undertaken, carrying out other tasks on this site.

• Experience of working within an asphalt plant would be an advantage as would a positive record and attitude towards health and safety, however training will be provided.


• You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure.
