Join us in this important role and you'll be a key leader as you support the Director for Non-Detained Accommodation in the delivery of property acquisitions, Heath and Safety compliance, and facilities management., Leading the Property Services team for the Non-Detained Asylum Accommodation team as you work on the critical infrastructure necessary to support exit from hotel accommodation, your focus in this vital role will be on delivering a core stock of housing and associated property services. Responsible for all aspects of acquisition and disposal activities, including property and financial due diligence as well as Health and Safety compliance, you'll work with other teams in our organisation to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes on time, budget and to the highest standards.
