Full Job Description

You will work closely with a team of Social Workers, supporting with a variety of tasks involving data bases, as well as communicating with other professionals and sometimes the family with whom the Social Worker is directly supporting.

Your role and responsibilities
You will:
- manage data proactively
- support and encourage colleagues to meet targets
- respond to statutory requests for information within set timescales, involving trawling databases and preparing responses for the manager
- help to drive quality assurance by supporting the team with the case management system
- proactively develop systems which will support and compliment the social work team., The team is responsible for undertaking social work assessments, S47 investigations and supporting families where a child is in need or there is a child protection plan. The team work directly with children and families who present a range of complex needs.
They team aim to balance staff wellness with achieving the best possible outcomes for children and parents.

£26,421 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
- 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available
