Full Job Description

The role involves gathering information then making an informed decision as to which service would best meet an individual's need, this may
involve risk assessment and referring an individual onto secondary care or a partner agency. The role also involves completing telephone
assessments for those individuals who have been accepted into the service, establishing positive working relationships with wider trust services,
particularly our colleagues within secondary care services and maintaining good links with GP's/Primary care., We aim to attract and retain a diverse, talented and committed workforce, who are caring and compassionate, and therefore able to meet the demands of the modern NHS now and in the future. We are looking for caring, dedicated people with experience of working within the area of mental health, who have a professional registration and who are committed to delivering an excellent service for people with mild to moderate common mental health problems.

The post holder will be based in Carlisle in the East of the county.
As a service we are currently offering a combination of face-to-face and remote working (telephone consultation and video consultation delivered
either from one of our office bases or via home working), this offers the opportunity for increased flexibility and improved work / life balance. We
anticipate that this will be the case in the future.
