Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing learner progress, providing guidance and support throughout their training journey, and ensuring they achieve their learning goals. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective learning experiences and fostering a positive environment for personal and professional growth. Your impact

  • Ensure compliance with IV system and Award Body records as per codes of practice.
  • Accurately record learner progress and interactions with SMART action plans on Smart Assessor, meeting contract specifications and funding rules.
  • Monitor Apprentice documentation for accuracy and completeness, reflecting true learning progress.
  • Deliver high-standard training programs and assess learners in their workplaces across the regional area.
  • Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), map learning routes, and reference evidence for Standards and Functional Skills.
  • Maintain attendance records and Off the Job contact hours to meet audit requirements.
  • Contribute to planning, achieving performance targets, and developing course materials.
  • Facilitate tests as required by awarding bodies.
  • What are we looking for? Essential

  • Experience in delivering one or more of the following: Operations Management level 5 Apprenticeship, Team Leading level 3 Apprenticeship, Coaching Level 5 Apprenticeship
  • Occupational experience within the route ways delivering.
  • Delivery experience with the route ways delivering.
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle (If applicable), Disability Confident
