Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a premier team as an Asset Accountability Manager
with 100th Civil Engineering Squadron at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom.

The primary purpose of this role is to exercise first level supervisory and managerial authority over the Asset Accountability
Section in the Civil Engineering Squadron, responsible for the oversight of real property assets, financial management, force
management and information technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Asset Accountability
Section, ensuring the Asset Accountability function complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
This role will also include exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities. You will direct the development and
execution of the Asset Accountability Section budget, and preparation of Planning Programming, and Budgeting system
(PPBS) documentation in support of Section planning,

  • Knowledge of a wide-range or multi-disciplinary principles, practices, procedures and goals of real property, financial

  • management, force management, and information technology functions, practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the principles of planning and program management; common business and economic principles,

  • theories, concepts, and procedures, financial management principles and standards; and of the Department of Defence
    Planning, Programming, and Budgeting (PPBS)
  • Knowledge of personnel management, Equal Employment Opportunities, safety, and security regulations, practices and

  • procedures.
  • Ability to plan, organize and direct the functions and staff of an organization.


  • Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program

  • requirements and objectives within available resources.




  • Anility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior officials from a broad array of activities,

  • including federal and local government, and industry,
