Full Job Description

We're looking for our next Asset Compliance & General Duties Operative to undertake compliance checks and testing of FHG properties, reporting non-compliance and completing where appropriate minor repairs cleaning and maintenance to FHG properties. You'll be operating as part of our proactive Repairs Team, North providing an effective and efficient service to Futures Housing Group stock, communal areas and open spaces. A few key points from the role profile

  • Inspect FHG properties to ensure compliance with group's requirement in line with contract standards and specifications.
  • Responsible for undertaking minor repair works to areas of non-compliance for example replacement of light fittings, signage.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure onsite compliance with contract standards reporting to relevant contract manager.
  • Undertake general maintenance activities to empty properties and communal areas including; internal and external clearances, general decorating and cleaning of dwellings, including fly tipping.
  • When required unblock and clear drains, gullies and manholes.
  • Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment and work programme records.
