Full Job Description

Are you an RCA team member with a keen eye for detail and a passion for IT asset management? We invite you to apply for the role of Asset and Configuration Analyst! This role is pivotal to ensuring that all IT assets necessary for delivering services are meticulously controlled, accurately documented, and accessible., + Act as the custodian and guardian of all IT assets, configuration items, and documentation within the asset management system.
+ Maintain and manage processes and procedures to keep the IT Asset Database accurate and up-to-date.
+ Oversee details of asset locations, configurations, and their relationships, supporting seamless service delivery across departments.

+ Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
+ ITIL certification (or equivalent experience).
+ Familiarity with Mac OSx, Mobile, and Windows desktop environments, as well as internet and productivity suites (MS Office and Google Apps).
+ Supplier management experience in hardware repair and warranty.
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven experience in an ITIL or service management environment.
+ Customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with all levels of staff.
Desirable Skills:
+ Effective collaboration skills for cross-departmental teamwork.
+ Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a busy, multi-demand environment.
+ Proven commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
+ Ability to develop and maintain technical and procedural documents for reference.
+ Experience introducing new colleagues to the department as part of staff induction.
