Asset Data Officer (Property Services)

With every employee playing an important part in ensuring we continue to provide them with excellent customer service and maintaining our role as a responsible landlord., Responsible for gathering stock condition data; ensure all properties are surveyed once every five years and be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of stock condition survey management.

  Identifying suitable and sufficient data about our assets to maintain them and monitor their compliance with relevant regulations.
  
• 
  Supporting the implementation of projects and systems for the team / department.
  
• 
  Challenging and testing current data systems and collection processes to ensure consistent, accessible and auditable data sources.
  
• 
  Working with Asset Data Manager to produce planned works programmes.
  
  Highly numerate with an excellent practical knowledge of statistical techniques, data manipulation and reporting.
  
• 
  Demonstrable excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
  
• 
  Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
  
• 
  Methodical, articulate and inquisitive.
  
• 
  A good working knowledge of MS office, Excel in particular and other specialist software packages.
  
• 
  Ability to work without guidance but also be committed to work in a positive manner with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• 
  Good level of general education.
