Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to join us on a fixed term basis to support our stock condition survey and data improvement activities.

As a Data Officer within the Assets & Sustainability Team you will work closely with Asset Intelligence colleagues to improve asset knowledge and support the maintenance of the organisation's Asset Management system.

You will be required to compile and deliver a stock condition survey programme and will have in-depth knowledge of stock condition databases and modelling tools. You will have overall responsibility for inputting and ensuring that accurate and high-quality data is uploaded into the asset management system.

What you'll do

You will

Support the delivery and day to day coordination of the stock condition survey programme(s) with an emphasis on stock quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
Processing, validating, inputting and reviewing asset data in volumes with an emphasis on accuracy and integrity.
Producing asset reports in a variety of formats and provide assurance that Keystone is accurate and reflective of the most up to date information.
Present information and evidence for asset investment opportunities through analysis of the performance of the portfolio.
Liaise with customers regarding survey visits, making appointments, responding to general enquiries and resolving customer concerns.
Working with internal colleagues to monitor, manage and report on hazards relating to the property portfolio.
What you'll need

Knowledge of Keystone or similar housing asset management systems.
Knowledge of Decent Homes and the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
An understanding of Energy Assessment procedures (SAP/RdSAP).
A track record of delivering high performance and competency with housing data.
You'll need to be a confident communicator across a variety of audiences, including internal and external customers.
