Full Job Description
This field-based national role will involve 1) working with databases to ensure asset optimisation within hospitals, 2) reallocation of assets in line with the data, and 3) meeting key external and internal stakeholders within hospitals to identify stock and provide rationale for the optimisation. You, therefore, will need to be comfortable with navigating your way around a hospital setting, able to identify the right people and departments to ensure the smooth reallocation of medical equipment in line with company standards. It will be your responsibility to identify the assets and organise the logistics, making sure the right kit is in the right hospitals. Strong Excel skills will be paramount, and experience working with pivot tables, VLookup, Xlookup, Merge, and Concatenate is key. Exceptional customer service skills are required to provide the highest quality and timely service.,
- Analysis of the databases and usage of Excel
- Coordinate with Sales Team, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Clinical Theatre Staff
- Record and reconcile to ensure replenishment and accurate invoicing.
- Aid new business wins by deploying account consigned inventory.
Excel skills including VLookup, Xlookup, pivot tables, and strong database experience - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent task prioritisation abilities.
- Thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes.
- Insight into the medical technology industry and orthopaedic market.
- Confident driver.
