Full Job Description
We're excited to offer a new role within our growing Strategic Asset Management team. As our Asset Planning Manager, you'll help shape the future of our homes by developing an asset investment programme that meets statutory and regulatory requirements while ensuring our properties are energy-efficient and meet Decent Homes standards. What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing a rolling 3 - 5 year planned maintenance programme to ensure our homes meet Decent Homes and energy efficiency standards.
- Forecast long term asset investment programmes that will meet statutory and regulatory requirements
- Utilise asset management tools including Open Housing, GIS and SHAPE and implement appropriate intervention strategies into the planned programme ensuring investment is made to the right properties at the right time.
- Engage fully across the organisation to fully understand the priorities of Locality teams, Supported housing, Property Care in the planning of the investment programme.
- To deliver demonstrable customer engagement and communication to understand customer's priorities that may be included in the programme such as social value/minor improvement works.
- Develop close working relationships with Asset Data, Stock Condition Surveying, Sustainability, Building Safety and Contract Delivery teams to inform a robust and single programme of works.
- Support to the Head of Strategic Asset Management through effective leadership and ensure PHG meets its objectives in Asset Investment Planning, organisational and locality-based asset strategies and continuous improvement in asset data integrity. - Experience of asset investment planning within an asset management related function particularly around achieving Decent Homes and energy efficient standards.
- Experience in managing and leading teams with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Up to £55,956 per annum Location Home based (with travel to Worcester/Solihull offices as required) Mergefield Title {Mergefield Value} Mergefield Title {Mergefield Value} This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST., While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, approximately twice a month.
