Full Job Description

Month end tasks

  • Inventory accounting and reporting.
  • Producing overhead analysis for our international division.
  • Responsibility for inventory and divisional balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Group reporting (DEPM).
  • Branch accounting
  • Analysis and review of Finland branch accounting .
  • Analysis and review of Romania branch accounting.
  • Support for our Germany branches including expenses review and support of leases.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Submission of National Statistics.
  • Support for accounts payable team.
  • Cover and support for daily banking activities.
  • Cover and support for expenses.
  • General Accounting Functions
  • Entry of GL journal vouchers as required.
  • File / Folder upkeep, including ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Process note upkeep.
  • Support for annual audit in relation to core responsibilities.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by Finance Manager.

    3-5 years finance experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Preferred experience in Oracle JDE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated and be a team player with commitment to driving and achieving results.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with suppliers.
  • Ability to work well in high-pressure situations to meet deadlines.
  • Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions., PQ CIMA / ACCA / ACA preferred.
