Full Job Description

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff entering 17 Bridge Street, Peterborough.
They will be responsible for taking and transferring telephone calls, being the main point of contact for reception enquires, photocopying and scanning documents, franking mail, bookings meeting rooms via an online platform, uploading patient documentation to SystmOne, logging faults with facilities and maintenance team. This list is not exhaustive and other duties may arise on a daily basis., The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service to clinical teams at 17 Bridge Street.
Ensuring good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone., Ensuring good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone. Take accurate messages and ensure these are passed on to the appropriate people.
Organise appointments and transport for clinics as directed.
Carry out office duties, such as dealing with post and photocopying; be
responsible for document filing and ensure that the relevant records are
organised, accessible and up to date.
Monitor and maintain the departments admin stocks.
Arrange meetings as and when required.
Accurately input data onto relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures.
Update bed boards to reflect live ward/team state as directed.
Deal with staff and service user requests that may be part of the cash office
function as and when required, and in accordance with Trust procedures.
