Join our dynamic team and be an integral part of ensuring exceptional service delivery across our operational sites. As the Assistant Area Manager/Field Response Operative, you'll support the Service Delivery Manager in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our cleaning teams, engage directly with clients & respond to onsite needs.,
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager with daily operational planning, ensuring efficient and seamless service across all sites.
- Engage with clients to maintain & achieve KPI targets, providing prompt and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the cleaning teams for rota planning, holiday scheduling and absence covering, ensuring no service disruption.
- Complete monthly wage sheets, ensuring accurate records and timely submissions.
- Support training initiatives, maintaining compliance & up-to-date standards across the team.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, managing onsite issues & resolving them efficiently.
Proven experience in Operations Support, ideally with the cleaning or facilities management sector. - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for engaging with both Clients & Team Members.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs as needed.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, Rota, and Wage Sheets.
- A proactive approach to training & maintaining compliance standards.
