What does the Assistant Branch Manager involve?

• Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimising sales through effective sales techniques.
  
  Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets, prioritise tasks and consistently meeting deadlines with a strong focus on finding solutions.
• Excellent organisational abilities, with a talent for balancing workloads and meeting service demands.
• Holds a valid driver's license (You will operate a company van.)
