The Nestlé Health Science Team is recruiting for a talented Assistant Brand Manager who will join our rapidly expanding and dynamic category. The Assistant Brand Manager will be creating and executing brilliant marketing plans to achieve our growth ambitions in the UK&I. In this exciting role you will assist to execute and optimise the marketing mix, building long and short-term plans to build the brand and to reach, win and retain new Healthcare Professionals and Patients.

A day in the life of an Assistant Brand Manager…

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will primarily support our Allergy and Dysphagia portfolio, this is a vast, fast paced role that will offer you exposure to really elevate your marketing experience. Supporting the brand team your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the brand team on various campaigns, product launches and digital tactics.

  • Manage cross-brand initiatives in line with brand strategies.

  • Management of the monthly brand report, monitor trends, red flags and new entrants.

  • PFME management of cross-brand budgets.

  • Manage cross-brand materials; Compendium, website newsletters, App content, cross brand e-shots.

  • Take part in a number of projects, ensuring that key actions are taken and delivered on time for NPD.

  • Support brand and digital team with Omnichannel content development, Podcasts and Webinars.

  • Monitor market movements, trends and opportunities to feed directly into long term planning. Proactively share this with the Medical Nutrition marketing team.

  • Assist with Integrated commercial planning and delivery.

  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with preparing for quarterly business reviews.

  • Assist Brand Managers with supporting and directing the sales force teams.

  • Developing materials and toolkits for the field sales team

  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing team

  • Liaising with media, PR, creative and digital agencies to land campaigns and brand plans

  • Supporting with the management of internal and external events

    The successful candidate will ideally have marketing or brand management experience. They will be commercially minded, with P&L understanding and a passion to build a career within Medical Nutrition brand management. They will be capable of managing a wide number of stakeholders and influence with confidence. They will also:

  • Have prior marketing experience (within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be ideal but not essential)

  • Be proactive, curious, collaborative & determined

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to find creative solutions.

  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial flair in relation to marketing.

  • Able to demonstrate financial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Be a self-starter, show initiative and challenge the status quo

  • Build a rapport easily with a range of stakeholders internally and externally at different levels and in different functions

    Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience + competitive 25 days holiday with 12 additional flex days on top of allowance + potential bonus + 2 paid volunteering days + generous pension scheme + excellent company-wide benefits!
