Assistant Brand Manager, No7 Cosmetics and Soap & Glory (EMEA)

Welcome to the No7 Beauty Company EMEA marketing team- an exciting team that is integral to No7 Beauty Company's growth and global expansion strategy., We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic EMEA marketing and commercial team dedicated on the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager you will be championing No7 Beauty Company brands No7 and Soap & Glory . You will execute the global brand strategy within region and localise marketing initiatives to effectively build our brands and delivering on our commercial targets. This exciting role will be a full-time position, based in Nottingham offices.,

• Plan and deliver all local brand activation joint business plans for No7 Cosmetics and S&G
• Support NPD engagement and 360 launch planning
• Global asset translation and adaptation to local market needs
• Support brand execution digitally for both new and existing markets
• Support local social and PR media content plans
• Budget maintenance
• Presenting to internal and external stakeholders (including 3rd party retail partners)
  
  Brand management experience at a similar level
• Experience working on marketing campaigns or new product launches
• Passionate for beauty brands or experience working in the beauty industry
• Experience working with external stakeholders (retailers, agencies etc.)
• Applying market insights into actionable plans
• Collaborative team player
• Experienced in supporting team on budget and raising Purchase orders
