Full Job Description

Hodge Hill College is looking for a reliable Assistant Building Services Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment. This is a full-time, permanent position working 36.5 hours per week on an alternating shift schedule. In this hands-on role, you will support the Building Services Supervisor with:

  • opening/closing and securing school facilities
  • serving as a key holder and responding to callouts
  • overseeing contractors and external vendors
  • operating heating systems and performing handyperson repairs
  • daily and periodic cleaning duties
  • providing emergency cover and extending shifts when needed

    The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, along with opportunities for professional growth.
