Working within our PPE and Safety category you will be developing your knowledge of buying / category management by supporting the team with any administration tasks that need to be done, but its not just that. You will be working towards becoming a Category Manager in the next 2 years where you will have the opportunity to have your own portfolio of customers and clients.,

• Help for people to take control of ongoing Health conditions such as diabetes or asthma with £500 a year available for monitoring & consultation
• Support for Neurodiverse colleagues and families with neurodiverse members with needs assessment, diagnosis and post-diagnostic support for autism spectrum, ADHD and Tourette's syndrome
• Support for Women at different life stages from streamlined fertility support to diagnosis and monitoring of both endometriosis and menopause
• Helping our LGBTQ+ community through enhanced coverage for trans colleagues, including voice coaching, facial surgery and gender confirmation surgery
  
  This is an entry level role and at RS we will act like that, we aren't looking for experience or knowledge in a similar role but we are looking for transferable skills. We are looking for someone with:

• An ability to use your own initiative to solve problem
You will need some experience in a customer facing environment but we can train skills we need a good attitude.
