ASSISTANT CARETAKER / MAINTENANCE OFFICER

36 Hours Per Week x 52 Weeks per Year Annual Contract

Annual Salary: LBR 2 (£26,238-£26,634) plus overtime

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker / Maintenance Officer to start as soon as possible. The post-holder will work as part of the Site Services Team to ensure that the premises and its surrounds are secured, in good working order and well maintained.

There is an expectation that Site Team post-holders must be available to support evening and weekend lettings and to deal with any out-of-hours school alarm call-outs, as required, which are paid as overtime.
