Full Job Description
Role is 20 hours per week , 2 days a week.
We are looking for an assistant chef to provide good quality food ensuring dietary needs are met and budget guidelines are adhered to.
To maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment at all times.
To supervise and support staff and assist in their development.
To deputies for the chef as required to cover annual leave and other periods of absence.
Previous kitchen experience essential.
