You'll be a key driver of Nottingham's ambitious improvement plan, supporting the Council's top leadership and making a lasting impact across the organisation. Here's how:

• Deliver Transformation: You will lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight and delivery of the Council's ambitious transformation agenda
• Shape Policy: You will lead the way in crafting strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans. Your insights will help steer Nottingham towards sustainable success.
• Boost Performance: You'll lead the charge in delivering on our promises, overseeing the Performance Management Framework and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. With your leadership, we'll track, benchmark, and enhance our performance, driving better outcomes for Nottingham's citizens.
