Full Job Description

  • Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.
  • To assist the cleaning supervisor with the requirements listed below. Ensure the below is maintained in supervisor's absence i.e., holidays, sickness.
  • Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures.
  • Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e., Health & Safety and COSHH
  • Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the cleaning supervisor on completion of quality audits.
  • Check all equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting any faults to the cleaning supervisor.
  • Ensure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
  • Ensure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets in supervisors' absence.

    General cleaning experience
  • Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience working within facilities management is desirable
