In this role, you'll work closely with the Commercial Manager, supporting the Senior Commercial Manager, and managing the NEC3 Contract, with a focus on Compensation Events (CE), Early Warning Notices (EWN), and Service Manager Instructions (SMI). This is a remote position, but you'll need to visit our Birmingham office once a month. Main Duties

- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve our commercial operations and increase efficiency.
- Additional Duties: Support with other tasks as required. What we are looking for Do you have at least 3 years of experience in commercial management or a related role, ideally within Facilities Management? Are you familiar with the NEC3 Contract, especially handling CE, EWN, and SMI? (This is a plus but not essential). Can you demonstrate an understanding of commercial processes, report writing, and handling numerical data? Do you have experience delivering presentations and strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Word)? Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure? Benefits of the Role
