Full Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility assisting with contract administration, programming, supervising subcontractors and suppliers along with supporting and leading on-site teams. Minimum 2 years+ experience within the construction industry.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor would be advantageous.
- Previous Roles: Apprentice Site Manager OR Assistant Site Manager OR Assistant Design Manager OR Assistant Contracts Manager OR Graduate Site Manager OR Graduate Project Manager OR Graduate Design Manager OR Trainee Civil Engineer OR Trainee Site Manager., Degree in Construction Management/Architecture/Engineering or comparable qualification e.g. HNC/HND/BTEC/NV/T-Level.
Salary: 30k- 35k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, health, pension etc.
