Prepare, cook and serve wholesome food for our young visitors on their school residential visit.
Be passionate about food and nutrition and celebrate healthy choices with our guests.
Meals are selected in advance by schools with one or two options per day, per group of up to 60 children.
Quality control all aspects of catering, cleaning and room presentation
Manage all aspects of food hygiene, Environmental Health standards and regulations.
Clean the kitchen and dining room to a high standard
Control stock, requisition and receive goods.
Optional involvement in cultivating our kitchen gardens.

You'll be organised and have a "can do" attitude,
Be comfortable working alone and as part of a small team,
Hold at least a L2 food hygiene certificate,
Be organised and have a strong understanding of food safety procedures
Be determined to create a warm and welcoming environment for our young visitors and their teachers.
