Assistant Craftsperson

To undertake appropriate repair works, and minor improvements within Reaside Clinic, or any other properties associated with the Trust as required and to act as on-site liaison for the estates team.
To carry out all duties of a Multi-Skilled Operative including all other tasks as required. Core elements will include Escorting for the Estate service i.e. Suppliers and Contractors and carry out appropriate repair and adjustment tasks as specified., Sustainability - All staff are expected to support SSL in meeting our 'Green' objectives, being responsible and considerate with regards to all 'resources' used and acting to minimise waste (e.g., products purchased, miles travelled, or power used). SSL is mandated to meet national carbon net zero targets and is being performance managed towards that achievement.
