Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, you'll ensure our GXP areas operate smoothly, enabling us to create a vibrant and efficient workplace. In this role, you'll play an integral part in maintaining customer satisfaction by supporting various operational activities. This is an opportunity to showcase your service expertise, make a meaningful impact, and grow within a company dedicated to enhancing quality of life. What you'll do:
- Support the Customer Service Manager in delivering soft services across the designated area.
- Resolve customer complaints and foster high satisfaction levels.
- Aid in team appraisals, employee engagement, and managing performance records.
- Participate in audits, follow up on action items, and maintain internal compliance standards.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and service innovations.
- Respond to emergency calls as per protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
Strong customer focus with the ability to motivate teams to achieve high service standards. - Proven experience in professional communication and working with stakeholders of all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills.
- An eagerness to learn about Facilities Management at a large GMP manufacturing site.
