Greenwich Health is committed to providing quality to care to our patients whilst building resilience for General Practice and delivering services and programmes of work to deliver care at scale to the Greenwich Population.The post holder will be required to support Greenwich Health, local PCNs and practices need for improved analytics to identify the clinical & non-clinical functions that should be prioritised for further development, measure success of existing services and support each organisation to achieve improved patient outcomes & maximise efficient delivery of existing contracts., To undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of the posts duties as required.
