Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Assistant Department Manager to join its thriving Store Fulfilment in Knightsbridge, our flagship store. As the new Assistant Department Manager, you will work 40 hours a week in our Knightsbridge store., As Assistant Department Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your team across two online fulfilment systems, overseeing the CIS desk, fulfilling IBTs, as well as interacting with customer services, security, and head office multichannel teams daily.

  • You will be managing the fulfilment team across two online fulfilment systems
  • Interacting with the customer service teams to ensure all runs smoothly
  • Overseeing the Customer Information System desk.
  • Working alongside customer service, security and Head Office Multichannel teams daily.
  • You will need to problem solve and be able to work under pressure.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching for your team
  • Take accountability for finding a resolution to customer queries and complaints.
  • Develop a high level of product and store knowledge
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

    Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Experience of management or mentoring
  • Enjoy and know our brands and products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
