Full Job Description

  • Please note: This hybrid role will require attendance at our Grays Inn Road
  • (WC1) office two days per week with the remainder of the week working from home - the role also requires occasional visits to sites and projects throughout Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Berkshire.so a driving license is essential.
  • To contribute to the delivery of the regions development activities in line with Group objectives and Business Plan. To support the management of the development strategy across the region, working on a range of different projects including direct build and partner led residential development sites. This role involves diligently following policy and procedures for the affordable development programme, Homes England compliance, administration and handover of properties. Other aspects of the role will also include the opportunity to be involved in land acquisition, Development Appraisals, project management and internal liaison with PfPs commercial, build, technical sales and marketing and lettings teams.

  • Have relevant industry experience in assisting in the delivery residential led development schemes.
  • Have good IT skills, written verbal communication skills and numerical skills and financial understanding.
  • Be Self-motivated, able to problem solve and work without close supervision.
  • Be a team player able to work in a challenging fast paced environment with multiple workstreams, adopting a collaborative approach to their work. Able to work under pressure to deliver against tight deadlines.
