Full Job Description

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage who is passionate about F&B service, able to elevate and deliver exceptional guest experience whilst providing operational direction to the F&B outlets.

  • Join our award-winning group, working alongside a highly experienced team., Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the day to day running of the division and will act as deputy in his absence.
  • Ensure profitability, deliver operational efficiency and assist in menu creativity by analysing outlet data, customer feedback etc to achieve performance indicators.
  • Encourage proactive and effective inter-departmental communication to foster a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with standards.
  • Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and coaches F&B department employees., Your daily health routine:

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role within luxury hotels
  • Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.
  • Strong people leader having prior experience managing diverse teams.
  • Fluent English language skills and presentation ability.
  • Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes (e.g. budgeting)
