Assistant Director/ Service Manager - Adult Social Care : Sandwell MBC

You will be responsible for Operational Adult Social Care which includes the programmes, policies and services which promote independence, encourage choice, support vulnerable people, and seek to protect our residents. The Operational management - includes Therapy, Hospital, Mental Health, Social Work Therapy and Safeguarding teams.

The successful candidate will have senior management responsibility for the Integrated Hub/Reablement, LPS and CQC inspections therefore you will understand how to deliver effective leadership, build good stakeholder relationships and develop a strategically aligned and values based organisaional culture in order to achieve high quality outcomes.

You must hold a final professional qualification(s) in a relevant discipline related to the service areas/functions or significant working experience in the services relevant to this post.
