Support the Garage Engineering Manager in running efficient, compliant workshops
Lead and inspire teams to achieve performance and safety targets
Enhance fleet reliability through proactive maintenance, Ensure depot security and team adherence to safety standards
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and quality control
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in operations
Communicate effectively with staff and manage team performance

Strong engineering background in vehicle maintenance
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Experience with trade unions is a plus
