Full Job Description

You will join Burberry's global ESG Operations team to drive sustainability best practices in the supply chain. Your role involves managing seasonal sustainable supplier data, ensuring ESG compliance, and supporting Burberry's sustainability targets. This is an opportunity to help shape Burberry's sustainability goals in a dynamic, innovative environment.,

  • Manage collation and validation of sustainable claims and targets data.
  • Act as first point of contact for suppliers, ensuring compliance with traceability requirements.
  • Work with large datasets, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams through clear communication.
  • Use data to inform performance analysis and identify key learnings.
  • Understand KPIs and gather relevant performance metrics for traceability.
  • Support creation, maintenance, and delivery of training materials for stakeholders.

    Strong interest in sustainability and ESG landscape in the fashion industry is preferred.
  • Degree-level education and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas and collaborate with key partners.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, adaptable under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret KPIs into actionable insights.
  • Excellent at multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organised.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solver with a passion for learning and embracing change.
