Full Job Description

Are you a recently qualified Surveyor wishing to pursue the next step in your career? Are you interested in role with a diverse range of tasks set within a beautiful location?, Working alongside the Head of Property and with a wide array of clients, work will include:

  • Estate Management


  • Rural Consultancy


  • Land and Property Management


  • Planning and Development


  • Management of Utilities Providers

    The successful candidate will be a graduate of Real Estate, Rural Land Management or a similar RICS approved degree and will preferably have two years' experience in the field post-graduation. They will be personable, a self-starter and able to work well both independently and in a team. They will have excellent IT and mapping skills combined with meticulous attention to detail., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rural Land Management or equivalent


  • Two years' experience as a Graduate or Assistant Surveyor


  • Proficient software skills to include MS Word, Excel, GIS Mapping and Terrier/Property Management systems


  • Full clean UK driving licence


  • Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail, an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude, and a good willingness to learn


  • A team player, reliable and friendly with strong communication skills and professional integrity, able to build strong relationships


  • Exceptional organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments and consistently meeting deadlines

    Salary from £30,000 per annum dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
