Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a pivotal role in our 24/7 multi-temperature distribution centre, ensuring optimal operational performance and fostering a culture centred on safety, wellness, and inclusive leadership. Reporting to the DC General Manager, the AGM will lead a large operations team, ensuring alignment with Martin Brower's vision of facilitating seamless operations for our valued restaurant partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a distribution centre or logistics environment.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and health & safety best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in financial management, budget development, and P&L accountability.
