Assistant General Manager

Our AGM will assist the General Manager in leading a team of 140 people to continue The Blues Kitchen's legacy as one of London's most exceptional hospitality venues. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager, leading high-volume bars and restaurants with a reputation for outstanding service standards. They will have a proven track record of developing talent and a strong understanding of how to create a culture with family values at its heart. Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving revenue through the delivery of outstanding experiences in every area of the venue. This includes the Restaurant, two bars, four separate private bookable areas and floor service.
• Ensuring clear development pathways and structures for all 140 team members.
• Assistant the GM in the delivery of a weekly Leadership meeting for Managers and Supervisors across all departments.
• Creating an environment of inclusivity and accessibility.
• Ensure all Licensing Objectives are met at all times.
• Ensuring food and drinks products are of the highest standard and consistency.
