An exciting opportunity for amotivated and focused Assistant General Manager to join the Specialist Medicine Directorate within theMedicine and Emergency Care (MEC) Division at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust., As Assistant General Manager within the Directorate, you will provide operational and strategic support to the MEC division. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager, existing Assistant General Managers and General Manager to achieve activitytargets against national requirements as well as supporting the delivery of new challenges., You will be involved in financial performance and service improvement plans across the Directorate and work closely with Medical and Nursing colleagues to promote high quality patient experience throughout.
