Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Evelina London Children's Hospital as Assistant General Manager for Evelina London Outpatients, Networks, and Therapies.

This role is an exciting chance to work closely with the Service Managers and Directorate Management Teams to support services in the delivery of their Business Plans relating to outpatient appointments and network clinics. Both of which are key aspects to the development of Evelina London Children's Hospital and the care provided to patients throughout South East England., The post demands a proactive and creative approach in order to support the services across Evelina London and ensure the smooth running of both outpatients and associated network clinics in a demanding and rewarding atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

The post holder will oversee the work of the outpatient, therapies and network A&C team and will also work closely with the clinical leads and teams.

The post holder must be IT literate and have the ability to navigate trust IT systems as well as monitor the utilisation of outpatient clinics for some services.
