Do you have administration experience and are looking for a change in environment? If so, joining Elysium Healthcare as the Group Hotel Services Manager Assistant. This a great opportunity to put your administrative, organisational and communications skills to the test by providing a proactive and flexible admin support to the Group Hotel Services Manager. As administrative support you will be organising and maintaining an accurate diary for the Group Hotel Services Manager, establishing and maintaining office systems, co-ordinate reports for submissions to external and internal bodies, organise meetings, venues and book accommodation. This is a varied and engaging role where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge. Please note, travelling to different sites is required for this position. As a Group Hotel Services Manager Assistant, you will be:

  • Show initiative in the absence of the Group Hotel Services Manager to ensure that urgent matters are addressed
  • Prepare presentations as required
  • Take and produce minutes as and when required
  • Ensure e-mails are actioned promptly
  • Liaise with external parties and agencies as required
  • Establish and maintain an effective electronic filing system
  • To always maintain as confidential, information relating to patients, staff and company business.
  • Attend staff meetings and internal /external training events as and when required.

    Secretarial qualification/experience
  • ECDL, RSA II, Typing/Word Processing or
  • NVQ III Business Administration
  • 4 GCSE's at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
