Assistant Head

Due to a restructure, we are seeking an aspiring senior leader to join our team as Assistant Head, starting January 2025. This new position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our school and make a significant impact on our pupils' lives., Specific areas of oversight will be agreed upon with the Principal and Vice Principal upon appointment but will include a focus on quality of teaching and learning across the whole school and off site learning. This flexibility allows us to tailor the role to the strengths and interests of the successful candidate., Beacon Hill Academy is an Outstanding Academy for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties.
