Full Job Description

We currently have a new opportunity in our Catering department for an
experienced Chef to join our team at Fitzwilliam Hospital, based in
Peterborough.

As the Chef, you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to
delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you
will be valued for your skills and expertise.

This role will involve food preparation, cooking and service to our patients,
staff, consultants and visitors. Hours will be flexible on a shift pattern,
Monday to Sunday.

You will need to have a good understanding of current health and hygiene
regulations, and ensure that these are adhered to in the preparation and
service of all food items.

  • Minimum of level 2 Basic Food hygiene
